Introduction

Managing Forms

Once the parameters of a form are defined, creating the form is a painless process using the CCA Desktop app. The image above shows the final screen of this app for the complete M and E form. This page shows what input screens of forms look like when downloaded to the Android device using the CCA Mobile app. Interested readers should go through this walkthrough to gain an understanding of the mechanisms associated with forms that include encryption keys.

When a form definition is complete, the next step is uploading the form to the server from where it can be managed. The activities around form management include the ability to view, upload, download, suspend, resume and delete forms. All of these activities are carried out through the Manage Forms menu on the dashboard. Note that submissions made for suspended forms will be rejected until these forms are made active again using the “Resume Forms” menu item.

As alluded to in the Manage User section, forms can be assigned to or unassigned from teams using the Manage Teams dashboard menu. When a form is added to a team, only users assigned to that team have access to the form and its submissions. To add a form to a team simply use the Associate Forms item and to remove a form from a team use the Dissociate Forms item. Note that whilst users can be members of more than one team, forms can only belong to one team at any given instance.
